just when i had thought that the pop psychology idea of psychic vampires was taking away all the fun to be had imagining blood sucking immortals from transylvania.
i stumbled upon this tome Psychic Vampires By: Joe H. Slate, Ph.D to bring the horror back.

it amazes me how the collective conscious is always at work… my friend a. was telling me this morning that he was experiencing this very issue and was trying to learn how to protect himself from energy loss. i explained about parasitic relationships to him and then we talked about several ways of using white light and gold light to protect oneself. the finger interlock technique in the article linked here seems like a good technique to share with him.
