waiting can be the hardest habit to break. if you have been waiting for something for a long period of time and there were always reasons given why it was not the right time, there is a total head space shift needed in order to move on from it.

this is especially hard if the things you were asked to wait for were never actually delivered.

this waiting can stop you living in the present and you become unaware of the things that are immediately in front of you.

unless there is a reason that makes perfect sense to you and a known end date to the wait. then walk away.

if the time is right it is right now.

there is a case to be made that every single one of us has an appreciation for music, a passion if you will.

then there are those of us for whom this passion is life long and deep, the appreciation finely tuned.

if that is the case for you then the only ethical thing to do is to share this with the world.

the cool air of the night has me hungry for the inviting warmth of your skin, the yielding curve of your thigh. desperate to feel to difference in heat, for some friction to light the fire, spark, smolder, flame, inferno.

making a splash, an impact. a whole lot of our energy is spent trying to do exactly this, to leave a legacy in some way.

when we make a splash do we ever stop to consider what we have displaced?

perhaps it would be gentlemanly to behave like a competitive diver.

in a reflection the thing that you are looking is inseparable from the conduit of reflection. one only need to consider a hall of mirrors to see that this is the case.

people who live in rural areas treat whole regions like a metropolis dweller would their city. each small town or city is like a different suburb. there are rich towns and poor towns, towns with gang and drug issues and those that are community minded and protective of their own.

townsfolk will travel from one speck on the map to another for all manner of entertainment and shopping.

if you are ever considering a move from a big city to somewhere significantly smaller consider this: what you lose in population you more than make up for in territorial range.

trading is the entire basis of the way our lives are structured. we all have something to sell and things we want to buy.

there are people who carry on doing this at a visceral level buying what is available and finding a purchaser who is willing to pay more for it.this can be a simple life, closer to our hunter gatherer origins than peoples working in more intangible areas could begin to understand.done on a small personal scale the monetary rewards may seem modest, the travel tiring, and chasing the bargain elusive.

then again the perks involved with any vocation depend entirely on where you chose to work.

i am beginning to wonder why it is that i have always found the cold to be so invigorating

when you find yourself on a journey and you have no control of the method of travel it can be hard to take in all of the details.

the speed may be too fast or too slow and the only way to regain your ability to process the information you are receiving is to get off at the next stop.

this can be disorientating as the motion has become part of you, you need time to adjust to being back in control of the pace of movement.

there is even a chance that you may miss the thrill of the ride.
